RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Wild Iris, every bouquet is made with care, using fresh, seasonal flowers—many of which are grown right here in our garden. Because our bouquets are perishable and made-to-order, we do not offer refunds on subscription deliveries once they’ve been fulfilled.
That said, we want you to feel delighted and well cared for. If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or not up to our usual standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We’ll happily offer a replacement bouquet, store credit, or partial refund depending on the situation.
